    John Locke

Have you heard of this guy? Have you heard of John Locke? He was one of the first who stood up and made his voice heard. He saw what was happening. He stood up for more individual rights and less government intervention. But when did he do this? Was it at a time when this was more possible than today? Or has society been brainwashed into thinking that a BIG government is a necessity today? What has happened since this time of common sense and practical “country first” thinking?

John Locke talked about a limited government – one that had the purpose of protecting the property and freedoms of its citizens. Doesn’t that sound like a utopia? Can our government today rid itself of inbred corruption and free itself to govern FOR THE PEOPLE?

Back in his time Locke stressed that all persons had inalienable rights that could not and should not be taken away by those in power or the ruling class. And it is this thought of independence that has carried over to the great United States. It is this thought and concept that We the People must embrace and enforce as tax paying citizens of this country.

In Locke’s mind the government was there FOR the people – not the other way around. We are not here for our government. We are not a slave class that produces yet is stolen from. We are not THAT people. We the People demand that our politicians realize that they work for US – the people of the United States and if we are not happy with our elected leaders we are going to CLEAN HOUSE and put common sense back in charge. Stand with me Americans.

John Locke said “The end of the law, is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings capable of laws – where there is no law there is no freedom”.

“The end of the law, is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom”. Is this what is happening today? Are the policies and actions of our current elected officials “enlarging” our freedoms?

Let us stand TOGETHER for our rights. Let us persevere what John Locke conceived of and free ourselves from these idiots in Washington!
